What types of material are used in construction?
Brenco Home's houses are constructed with quality materials; Kiln Dried Studs, Thermopane Windows, Various Sidings, exceeding construction grade. Furthermore, the material is stored and constructed under roof; insuring protection from the elements and to provide better weather tight joints.
Do Brenco Homes have commercial uses, too?
Yes. As a result of the modular design, units can be easily used as duplexes, condominiums, or in sub division development.
Is there flexibility in the design of Brenco Homes?
Because of Brenco Homes' unique design, many models have few interior load bearing walls. This allows for the interior walls to be arranged suiting the individual needs and tastes, offering the buyer a truly custom designed home.
What is the delivery time of the home after placing an order?
Thirty to forty-five days. This allows ample time for site preparation.
How many floor plans are available?
We now have approximately forty basic floor plans, ranging from 800 to 3,100 square feet of living space. We can also customize from a client's design or specifications.
Is knowledge of construction necessary to become a Marketing Representative?
Absolutely not. Brenco Homes will work with your clients and arrange construction. This allows the Marketing Representative to perform the important task of sales.

Yes. The only cost to you would be traveling to Waco for a 2 day company training, including an overview of the home building process. Your initial marketing materials are provided at no charge. Email accounts and business cards are also provided to our Marketing Representatives.
